The manager was knowledgeable about celiac. All of the ingredients that go on their pizzas are gluten free. They prepare the gluten free pizza pursuant to the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness guidelines. I have never gotten sick eating their gluten free pizza!
There are a few gluten-free items on their menu, and they have a cauliflower-based gluten-free pizza crust. I have had the pizza several times and have never gotten sick.
We landed at LAX after a 5 hour flight and needed a GF meal. 3 out of 4 of us need to eat GF. We ordered the Caesar salad, regular wings, boneless breaded wings and medium pizza. We really enjoyed the salad and wings. The pizza was a little too saucy and the crust was not as crisp as we like but still enjoyable. If we lived in the area we would certainly go back. We really appreciate that we did not get glutened. Thank you! Great way to start our vacation!

My wife didn’t like one of their pizzas as it had to much tomato sauce but she liked the other two pizzas we got. No gluten reactions for my wife or My daughter. Great quick stop and eat place.
This place was super tasty. Staff was super knowledgeable about safe procedures and cross contamination. I really enjoyed my margarita pizza. I'll be back for sure.

Today was the first time that went to Fresh Brothers and I was disappointed. I choose this place based on the reviews that are posted on this website. It had 5 stars. My gluten free pizza and the toppings were completely tasteless. I ate it because I was hungry but through half of it away. I realize that gluten free pizza dough runs the possibility of being tasteless but the toppings should have made up for the crust.
Only pizza my son will eat. Very understanding and tolerant. Very kid friendly. Wish they didn't take a hour to deliver!
Great gf pizza but only comes in Medium or personal size. Crust is on the sweet side which I happen to love. They also have gf chicken wings with many diff sauces and yummy salads.
I have Celiac and also have an autoimmune reaction to dairy. Therefore, I always get the gluten free,vegan cheese pizza with garlic! I have been going here since I got diagnosed last year. My friends and family love it too even though they aren't gluten/dairy free!!
This place has the best pizza and chicken wing never had problems after eating them the service is great they know about gluten free A+++

The best celiac safe gluten free pizza in the area! Very tasty and always comes covered in gluten free and celiac foundation preparation stickers on the box which makes me feel so safe. Fresh Brothers please keep it up for us!!

Good tasting pizza with safe procedures, but often are out of the GF crust at this location specifically. Make sure to call instead of placing an order online.
My boyfriend and I shared a gluten free pizza and it was AMAZING. When I went in to pick up the pizza they also informed me that all of the precautions were made to make my pizza fully gluten free, such as wiping everything down, using new gloves and using new utensils. Needless to say I did not get sick or have a reaction and I will 100% be back.
