Review of Fresh First

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! It was truly a haven for someone with celiac disease.

I was trying to find a place to eat before we hit the Ft Lauderdale airport, and this gem was only 2.4 miles away so we decided to try it out. It was tucked back in a shopping center, but it was super easy and fast to get to the airport.

I ate there with 3 other people, none of which have any food allergies or concerns. Everyone LOVED their meals!!! After our lunch 1 of my friends actually said, “I was skeptical about trying this place, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It was the softest gluten free bread I’ve ever had.”

I had the chicken salad sandwich, 2 of my fellow travelers had BLT sandwiches, and the other had a chicken and spinach burger.

I wish I lived closer, because I would go back allllllll the time!
