I highly recommend. Fresh Kitchen (FK) is a dedicated gluten-free, fast casual (think Chipotle) restaurant with a good variety of great tasting options. Over the past year, my gluten intolerance has developed into a gluten-/ wheat allergy, and I’m also sensitive to high FODMAP foods so eating out has become quite stressful especially when dining with others who don’t have the same restrictions. I was so relieved to not have to second guess my choices for fear of mistakenly ordering something that would make me sick. My family also loved the food here and were looking forward to trying it again.

Wow!! 12 hour drive home and wanted a quick stop for healthy food. Found this gem of a restaurant that isn’t far off I-75. My whole family enjoyed the food and I love having a dedicated GF restaurant so there’s zero concerns of getting sick! Food was very very good. Wish I had this restaurant in my hometown!

Delicious! I love that there are so many GF & DF options. It’s nice to go somewhere and not have to worry about gluten at all. Dairy is only in their add ons. As a bonus, they do have delicious sodas too. I rarely get soda but definitely enjoy the black cherry or cola from here.

Very tasty selection of many options. The whole restaurant is gluten free! They have great sauces and very unique drinks. A little expensive for a bowl, but when eating out options are so limited for Celiac, it is a great choice.

I was very excited for this place based on all the positive reviews. I ended up getting an assortment of different yummy things in my bowl and ordered it off of Uber eats. The next thing I know, my Uber eats driver calls me and tells me they are missing a couple of the items I wanted. I am able to replace the missing items and all is well. About 30 minutes after eating I became super bloated and another hour after that I got sick. I continued to be sick for over 24 hours. My guess is it was not gluten that made me sick but instead I had food poisoning. This is so unfortunate as the food Itself was so good.
