Review of Fresh Levant Bistro

This is THE BEST gluten free food I've ever eaten and the best gluten free business I have ever been to. The owner has seriously perfected the craft of gluten free cooking. Everything was full of flavor and delicious. Tons of vegan and dairy free options as well for those who need dairy free. I have celiac and also can't digest dairy because of my celiac, and I was thrilled with all the options. Their vegan, gluten free pita bread is AMAZING. The chocolate cake is gluten free AND vegan and it is soooo delicious. I had the shawarma sandwich and some hot cakes, both were very yummy. My family doesn't have to eat gluten free and they couldn't tell the difference in their orders. I almost had a hard time believing the entire restaurant is gluten free lol! But I have extremely sensitive celiac disease and did not have any reactions in the three times I went to eat there. I am just so impressed by this restaurant, I wish they could open one in Houston TX where I live!
