I’ve been picking meals up from here once a week. You order meals for the week on Thursday & pick up on Tuesday. Such a relief not to worry about any gluten in the food.

— Excellent

We were passing through town and found Freshprep on this app. We were looking for a sit-down place for a quick lunch, which this is not. They’re designed for carry-out meals and smoothies, and in fact, have meal plans where you would buy 3-5 meals for your week and the meals are based on your caloric needs. All gluten and soy free. So, that said, they had some pre-prepped meals in their fridge which the young lady kindly heated for us. She cleared some space from the counter so we could eat there. I had the meatloaf with Brussels sprouts and a monkey smoothie which were all good. So, I’m glad we stopped; not a place for a leisurely lunch, but a good option for true gluten-free food that you can carry out.

— Good

100% gluten free and very nice staff. Very informative. I had the thin mints and sweet and sour chicken. Both were healthy and tasted great. I would definitely come back here and I'm glad southeast Texas has a dedicated gluten free establishment! This is a great place for meal preparation and making better healthy meal choices

This is a special place! NO GLUTEN in this facility EVER! Unique place offers a weekly menu, walk in ready made meals and weekly and monthly healthy meal plans! The Treats and extras are so good also. I’m traveling but I wish I had this place near home. Very reasonably priced too.
