This place is amazing! We stopped here when traveling through on a road trip. Dedicated GF restaurant that takes allergies very serious. There were so many yummy options, my entire family ate with me. The staff was kind and very accommodating to other allergies/sensitivity, and willing to customize/modify our orders. My husband got their wings and pulled pork and loved it. I got the diva salad, customized to remove foods I’m sensitive to and cheese pizza. Both were SO delicious, I should have gotten a couple extra orders to go! Highly, highly recommend! Cute bodega next door with an awesome selections of groceries and more. Great outdoor seating. It was so great to be able to eat out with my family and not have to worry about getting sick from cross contamination or having an allergic reaction. If I lived in Boulder I would be here every day!

Fresh Thymes Marketplace is a hidden gem in Boulder. It is a 100% Gluten-free facility. The owner has celiac and so everything that is made here is friendly for people with celiac. There is a full bakery of paleo and vegan friendly desserts that are made with high quality ingredients. There is also a fridge and freezer with bone broth, family meals, lunches, sauces, dressings and an assortment of curated retail items.
