Looking for a HEALTHY quick lunch spot for your work week?! This. Is. It!!! I snagged one of their smoothies with greens and avocado today… INCREDIBLE! If you’re used to sweeter mainstream smoothies and are inching into the realm of healthier eating then simply ask them to sweeten it up. Everything is seemingly customizable and the owners are very kind. Will post more reviews as I plan to try each menu item (mainly the gluten friendly ones).

Almost everything here is naturally gluten free, including their soups. Knowledgeable staff understood gf food prep and and pointed out the few items that are not gf. Will definitely be back!

A solid choice for healthy fast food. You can customize your order, add or subtract any ingredient you like. The app for ordering often notes if there are potential allergens, and the employees are helpful in noting what is and isn’t gluten free.

Several GF options. Seems safe. I got a Texas bowl with chicken. Baja, Bamboo, and Mediterranean bowls were also GF, but they were out of quinoa today.

Got a rice bowl. No idea yet about actual GF but it was ice cold rice with Luke warm chicken - maybe it’s supposed to be more like a salad rice bowl?? Tasted ok- just hope things are being kept at proper temp!

Every Freshii is the same (check other reviews) but I’ve specifically asked the manager of this place how they prepare the food and he told us that it is on purpose made not to have any cross-contamination (the chain of people who prepares what is dedicated to no cross-contamination).

The menu offers gluten-free salads, bowls, a soup and smoothies. All the ingredients are listed on the menu so it’s easy to know what is possible (they write GF beside options also). Very tasty and healthy. Prices are fair. Love the fact that you can choose a variety of ingredients. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is that I’m not 100% sure if there isn’t any cross-contamination.
