This restaurant understands Celiac disease and the staff is well trained. Especially the chefs which are the most important. My waiter was unsure on the enchiladas and I asked him to go find out. I got the trio and did not have any reaction. The waiter told me that chef said that I could not have the mole sauce which I was fine with. My entree came with rice and beans. Chips are not GFree as they are not made in a separate fryer. No GFree dessert. I only ate half of my entree and had my leftovers next day and they tasted even better next day!
