Somehow I’ve eaten here many times and have had no reaction. I get the Huevo Mutilation with gf bread and I select ‘gluten allergy’ when ordering because they have a separate prep space for gluten free sandwiches. I also get the hash bite and from what I understand, it is gluten free and prepared in a gluten free fryer. All their sandwiches can be made gluten free.

They were knowledgeable about celiac safety. Food was very good. Wait times were posted at the door so there were no surprises. Menu is limited to fried egg sandwiches but they are delicious.

The perfect breakfast sandwich, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve eaten here several times, different locations, and have never had an issue. They use a separate grill to my knowledge. Always tastes really fresh, not overly sloppy or greasy, I think a reasonable price for the quality, and they use really good gluten free bread that isn’t the size of a coaster like everywhere else. Equally as important, I’ve heard the owners are good people and take care of their staff.

They have a separate grill for celiac orders and you can specify celiac with online orders at the store location (unsure about the carts). Delicious, nice people, and I haven't had a reaction. :)

Waited over 30 mins for 2 sandwiches, not very busy and no line waiting. They were ok and over priced.

Food is delicious 🤤 definitely hit the spot. I went to the food truck version in pioneer square. Would have been a 5 but the cashier was rude. The bacon though is phenomenal.

I'm g-f and appreciated the care they took in making my food. Will be back!

Delicious egg sandwiches. I got the YOLKO ZEPPELIN

Double Fried egg, homemade pesto, parmesan, and double hand-pressed house sausage patty. They use Udi's GF bread, and everything is super hot and legit. They use the same grill top, but she said they do best for CC and try to clean before each use. I had no problem.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches! The "Sorta Sausage" was very good. They took great care in the kitchen when I said I had celiac disease.

The owners are so nice and I love their sandwiches. I got very sick after eating here last time...but I am a super sensitive celiac. If you are not super sensitive then I highly recommend!

It doesn't get much better than the Siracha-mix-a-lot! GF bread, fried egg, havarti, tomato, avocado, ham, and Siracha - perfect breakfast sandwich!!!

Great sandwiches and my daughter with celiac had no problems (note this was late last year so make sure to ask how they separate)
