The staff is very good about separating space for gf sandwiches, they have a dedicated toaster for gf sandwiches and the ingredients are all gluten free. As always there is a risk of cc because the kitchen is small. Also should be noted that they do bake with flour in house so it is up to the individuals discretion about if they’re willing to risk cc at all
