Dedicated fryer, fries are made in a seperate fryer from the snacks. This chain operates in multiple cities, but the Utrecht one is probably the safest for GF since the frying oil from both pans is also filtered seperately, greatly reducing cross-contamination risk. Most sauces are gluten free as well, they also have allergens for everything they sell listed on their website.
