This was a great experience! There were three lovely young ladies there to help us who all were extremely knowledgeable about celiac, food allergies, cross-contamination, and the protocols they have in place to keep everyone safe. They have many rotating flavors and they are all made in house. They take all allergies very seriously and have meticulous protocols to keep their equipment clean and safe. They used a new scoop and opened a new tub from the freezer for all of our specific allergies. They used store-bought Joy brand GF cones (both sugar and cake) and it was perfect. They were also very aware of dairy and nut allergies. The ice cream was delicious and this will be a regular stop for us in the future!
This is a great place to get icecream! They offer gf cones as well as gf fries. The fries are fried in a fryer where only the fries are fried on so it's safe. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure your food is safe as they offered to scoop icecream out of a new bin for us. Also the icecream flavours are posted on the window and labeled "Contains Gluten" if that flavour is not gf. Must do in Astoria!!

I asked about the Vegan soft serve. Staff indicated it had oat milk but then were unsure if it was made with gluten free oats and then became unsure if it actually had oats in it. I decided to get fries instead. The only thing they fry in the fryer are fries. There was a large variety of dipping sauces only the malt vinegar one has gluten.
Fries are GF and only thing made in the fryer. Many GF ice cream flavors with those containing gluten clearly labeled. GF comes. Staff knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.
Very knowledgeable and friendly, cleaned the scoop and scooped from a fresh bin, lots of gluten free ice cream options, a gluten free cone, and fries are gluten free.
yummy spot to get gf dries and ice cream! Not all the ice cream is gf but there are plenty of options! I felt safe eating here. The staff will change their gloves, use clean utensils and scoop your ice cream from a fresh container.
The owner makes sure all staff is trained. They never have more that 4 custard flavors that contain gluten and the gluten containing flavors are always made last to ensure no cross contamination. They have two dedicated gluten free fryers and one that is not dedicated.
Excellent, delicious fries and ice cream! Some of the best I have ever tasted and I was at ease knowing I would not get sick from their food. Already dreaming of my next visit!
Everything was so tasty, I cannot express how delicious it was! They also have vegan soft serve and other vegan offerings!
One dairy free ice cream option. They had gf sugar cones and changed gloves and wrapped cone in napkins before picking up.
Great place for ice cream! Definitely celiac friendly, they offered to use a clean scoop and scoop from a new bucket to avoid cross contamination.
The fries & ice cream here are soooo good! The staff were knowledgeable, ie, used a clean scoop and scooped into a fresh layer of ice cream in the tubs. Dedicated fryer. The fries were the perfect crispiness & there’s tons on dipping sauces.
Excellent service! They are very Celiac friendly. The ice creams are clearly marked. I got the Cocoa Pokey. It was delicious! The fries are also gluten-free. They are well trained about cross contamination.
Best fries and ice cream I've ever had! Double bonus for having gluten free options as the default. This celiac greatly appreciates not only the options, but also the staff awareness. Love!
Almost everything here is gluten free & they will get a clean scoop if you ask. The ice cream flavors change daily but they are clearly labeled if they do contain gluten. They have gluten free cake cones & the fries are always gluten free. Everything there is so delicious, the tastiest fries & ice cream I have had. This place is also dog friendly with a covered deck to sit at.

A really cute place with fresh, crispy gf fries and gf dipping sauces. (All but the malt vinegar sauce are gf.) My husband ordered (not gf) ice cream and said it was fresh, unique and delicious.

Great frites. I didn’t try the ice creams but they were labeled gluten or gf. Frites are the only thing cooked fryer so completely safe. They also have safe sauces and seasoning, all house made.
Fantastic Frites (Belgium fries) and dipping sauces and delicious homemade ice cream (all made on site). Opened a new tub for me to try and used a freshly cleaned spoon to scoop. Fries are the only things made in the frier so celiac friendly all around. Owner was super friendly and knowledgeable.
