Although not in a very nice place in Frankfurts main station, it's a good option for tasty and safe fast food. We Had the poutins with oriental chicken and pulled pork.

Variety of french fries with various toppings. Unfortunately they had to (temporarily) change some of their recipes due to supply chain issues. This leads to some of the formerly gf dishes (especially the vegan ones) to contain gluten now. Frittenwerk stated in an online forum that they are working very hard on re-establishing the gf items though.

Seems menu online has a gluten free section and they have a sign saying fries are gluten free
When we went there was an additional sign warning temporarily they switched out some sauces to gluten containing ones ….
I had the salad which was good too…

Finding Frittenwerk in the Hauptbahnhof food hall was a wonderful surprise! This chain focuses on French fries, using them as a canvas for many different options (pulled pork, Canadian poutine, chicken shawarma ….). There is a poster allergens list showing which items contain / are free from which allergens, with multiple of the fry choices and all of the sauces coming up as GF. They also offer churros (not gf); we asked, and were shown that the churros are cooked in a separate fryer. So: safe setup, good detailed information available - and on top of that, the meals are really good, with generous portions - definitely a solid & satisfying meal.
