Frituur kattekwaad

Het is echt een slechte frituur voor glutenvrij eten. Je kan de werknemers wel vertellen dat je glutenvrij moet eten. Ze weten wel wat het inhoud en bakken ook alles apart. MAAR ze hebben een kaart waar alles opstaat wat glutenvrij is. Op die kaart staan mini loempia's. Deze had ik genomen omdat ik dat nog nooit eerder gezien had dat dit ook glutenvrij bestond. Ik vond ze zo lekker dat ik aan de eigenaar ( die zelf glutenintolerant is) ben gaan vragen van welk merk deze loempia's waren. Hij wist mij te vertellen dat deze van De Vries waren. Hierna vertelde hij mij dat op de doos staat dat ze gluten bevatten maar dat je logisch moet nadenken en dat dat volgens hem niet kan. Ik ben door het eten van deze loempia's 4dagen ziek geweest en ga hier NOOIT nog terug. Echt geen aandrader.

Bestel hier bijna wekelijks. Enkele glutenvrije snacks. Deze worden gebakken bij het vet van de frietjes, dus weinig kans op kruisbesmetting. Alles staat goed aangegeven. Eigenaar en personeel is goed op de hoogte.

Zeer duidelijke menukaart waarop de allergenen zijn aangeduid. Verschillende glutenvrije opties. Lekker gegeten en geen last gehad. Ik dacht gelezen te hebben dat de eigenaar zelf ook coeliakie heeft.
