They have quite a few really excellent gluten-free options at this restaurant. They do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but they have a version of their menu with all gluten-free options annotated. However, and this is an important consideration, their fries are not really Gluten Free, despite being labeled a such. The reason for this is that they do not have a dedicated fryer. The waitress we had was very knowledgeable about cross contamination, and explain what was safe to eat for someone with celiac, and what I should stay away from. I had a lovely meal of grilled chicken thighs, black beans, and asparagus and soup.

The staff and management were very knowledgeable. My husband is not celiac but extremely sensitive and will get sick with cross contamination. Pricey but worth it!

Beware of cross contamination. Many of the items marked gf are fried in the same oil as other (non gf) items like empanadas and chicken tenders. Service took almost an hour at 3pm with only four other parties in the restaurant. Had to request refills on water. Cheesy bread was good but tasted like Brazi Bites. Salad wilted and empanadas (not gf) cold in the middle. Ordered coke but served diet. French fries and fish tacos overcooked.

Frix's is consistently amazing. They have always taken care to ensure my meal is gluten free and the majority of their menu is gluten free or can be modified slightly to accommodate. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food! You can ask for a GF marked menu. The majority of the items are GF. I did not notice any effects due to cross contamination.

Celiac friendly. Don't let the unassuming shoppin center location fool you. Great food, perfectly prepared. Delicious. Reasonable prices. Our local go-to for dine in or carry out.
Yes
Note only their Facebook menu states which items are Gluten Free but have a large selection of sides and main dishes. Great little place with lots of good flavors! And Brazilian Cheese Bread which is GF!
Out of the way location but a worthy find. They have a gluten free menu if you need one. No dedicated fryer but willing to make accomodations on most items as they are made in-house.The menu is Brazilian-influenced I had the burger without a bun (I can't imagine trying to eat it with one) and it was amazing. It is not your average burger. My wife had the lamb chops - perfection. Yucca is a great starter...had yucca many places and many ways and this was the best. Prices are very reasonable, too.
