This was a bit tricky to navigate. There was no information about gluten free options on the menu. I asked the server, who mentioned that the poutines could be made gluten free, with the exception of the Italian gravy sauce. There were some poutine toppings that were obviously not gluten free (popcorn chicken), but I avoided those and got the poutine galvaulde (poutine with peas and chicken) with the barbecue sauce. This was my first visit to Canada, so it was fun to try poutine to get the “real Canadian experience.” I did not get sick from this, but I was unaware of the oil-mixing issues other people have mentioned here. This might be risky if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
