Review of Fry's Spring Station

Once upon a time, this place was very celiac friendly and gluten conscious. HOWEVER, it changed ownership a couple years ago and is NO LONGER CELIAC SAFE. Just to warn everyone. They don't offer any gluten free options on their menu, and there is potentially massive cross contamination in the kitchen. (When I asked the waiter he didn't know what celiac disease meant or what cross contamination was — not a good sign for celiacs. They might be able to make changes for the less gluten sensitive people, but not safe for celiacs.) The place seems nice and great for normal people, as restaurants go. But as for gluten free, I have to give it a very low rating. They do have ciders on draft or Bold Rock in cans if you want to go with your friends, but I didn't feel safe about any food.
