Although they don’t have a gf menu I was able to order egg drop soup and tofu with black mushrooms in a white sauce and hot saki. Very good quality and didn’t get sick. I spent over a week in Valdez and this was the only place I felt safe eating at. Just tell them you need a white sauce without soy sauce . I had egg drop soup, pad Thai, tofu with black mushrooms and shrimp with black mushrooms. All were excellent and I didn’t get sick
