I'm very allergic and I eat here all of the time. I've never had the fries, and would never order fries at any restaurant unless I knew their kitchen practices made it very safe. I get the hamburger bun which is good and a side salad. I've rarely had any problems with the salad as I also specify no toast on the side. I'm allergic enough I wouldn't eat anything that touched gluten. I don't think I've ever had issues here.

Fuddrucker's ONLY accommodates gluten-free by offering a gluten-free hamburger bun. They used to have gluten-free fries but I learned from the manager that now onion rings are fried in the same fryer as the steak fries. The only gluten-free side option is a salad. Very disappointing that the steak fries are cross-contaminated now!!

We just went there last night. It took three tries to get a salad with no croutons. The buns may have been gluten free but we suspect serious cross contamination. The fries are NOT gluten free. They are fried with onion rings. If you are allergic to gluten (celiac) avoid this Fudruckers.

I ordered a gf burger with fries along with someone who ordered a regular. They put my fries in with the other order, didn’t eat them and still got sick

Gluten free buns available. The lady taking orders specifically mentioned that their fries are GF until they go into the fryer They do not have a dedicated GF fryer

Burgers are gluten free, they have a dedicated fryer for fries (unless of an accidental mistake, in which case they informed me while ordering). Toppings bar is as risky as most buffets would be, but the kitchen is fairly safe. Sadly the cheese sauce was changed and is no longer gluten free
