Wasn't my style I guess. The GF bun literally fell apart as my son and I tried to eat our burgers. I did like that there were so many options available for toppings to add after getting the burger. Tater tots and fries were OK. Not my favorite. I would go back if someone else wanted to go there, but neither my son nor I would choose to go there again.
The person taking my order was unsure of gluten free procedures. However, they did double check with management and reassured me that my chicken was cooked in a gluten free, dedicated area. The fries are also gluten free. They did cover my food to prevent from cross contamination while waiting for me to pick up. The restaurant itself is very clean. I left a happy customer!
I went there and waited through a long line to get to the register and be told the only thing they could safely offer for Celiacs is fries. Their burgers are not gluten free, and are prepared in the same area with the rest of their food. Even the milkshakes are not safe because they make Oreo cookie shakes and don't have a separate machine for mixing other shakes.
Excellent burger. The bun comes from a local gluten free bakery-it great to eat a burger inside a bun. Fries also delicious
The burger was good and I had no problems except it sat heavy in my stomach. Big selection of condiments.
The cashier was extremely helpful!! We came for a fundraiser event and I was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to eat anything. I was able to get a gluten free bun warmed up in the microwave, no contact with the grill. No fries though since they couldn't guarantee they hadn't switched up and cooked onion rings in the same vat at some point. Celiac friendly if you aren't interested in fries.
Manager was great with helping us (party of 4 celiacs) select gluten free burger with GF bun and GF wedge fries. We enjoyed the meal.
Turkey and Hamburgers are great with a very good GF bun that is extra but worth it. NO GF fries. Have to go to Mighty Fine for those.
The manager took our order & seemed to know the importance of keeping away from all gluten. My celiac daughter ordered a hamburger with GF bun & fries - the manager reminded us to ask for them without seasoning which I had forgotten! GF was not the best but all in all a successful GF meal.
Place was mostly clean, spider coming down from the ceiling and absolutely Zero knowledge of proper GF procedures. I had to ask the same question 4 times. As opposed to the previous comment before me, the French Fries are NOT GF! My suggestion, if you can handle eating bread then you are good but if you truly GF, this is not the place for you to even try.
I called before I went to ask about gluten free options. Spoke to knowledgeable manager who explained to me how the GF bun is in a sealed wrapper to avoid contamination. The fries are not safe b/c they don't have a dedicated fryer. Glad to know I can still go out for a burger.
Just went this last week and they have clearly stated on the huge menu GF buns and fries. I'm not sure if there is a place dedicated to making the burgers and fries. Out 3 gluten sensitive children did fine. I got sick, but I do at most fast food burger joints like this one. It was yummy and our friends too enjoyed everything.
Sooooo difficult to place our order. I explained that I needed GF, but then had to ask about each and every item. For instance, I said I needed GF, and which burgers could I choose. I was told "ANY." So I ordered the mushroom and Swiss with caramelized onions on a GF bun. Something about the cashier didn't give me a great deal of confidence so I asked about each item starting with the mushrooms. Finally, when I got to the question of onions, I was told they are not GF. I never understood why, but I left them off. Then we went through the fries for questioning. The seasoning - or so I was told - is NOT GF. So with all the anxiety of ordering and trying to make sense of what the cashier was saying - or not saying - added to the total bill of $35 for (2) burgers and (2) fries with TAP WATER(!), including the tip? We'll not be back. But it tasted okay. Just not $35 worth of okay.
Super tasty burgers, and the GF buns are actually edible- and don't taste like cardboard. By far my favorite GF burger joint. AND, they have dedicated fryers for their fries!! I'd double check every location just to be safe, but that's what I was told and witnessed where I went.
I was told by a manager there was a gluten free dedicated fryer. Was told to ask for no seasoning on fries and I'd be ok. They do have gluten free bun for $2. Burger was tiny. Service slow. Got two fries in and I found fried remnants of either an onion ring or chicken strips. Found another manager and showed it to her. I told her how I was told it was ok and that they used a dedicated fryer, etc. she said "we use a separate fryer but sometimes the baskets get moved around. You should have been told this is not a gluten free kitchen." I said I wasn't told that and I understand that however, I'm asking you not to say you have gluten free when clearly it's not. Her response "ma'am we are really busy". Not impressed. Won't be back.
