Absolutely wonderful experience overall! We were sat right away without reservation (Sunday evening) Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free and listed and overwhelming amount of options that are or could be altered to be gf! We ordered the X-Men, Holllywood, and yellowtail rolls which were all delicious and served with gf soy sauce. Also got the shrimp fried rice which was great! Portions were a nice size and everything was absolutely delicious. We were raving! Best gf sushi I’ve had and a lovely setting with super attentive service. We were sad we didn’t order more since we’re not local. I had no reactions so highly recommend!
I have eaten here numerous times and each time the servers are so knowledgeable! Menu isn’t labeled, but they know how to modify rolls to be gf or which already are. They also have the BEST fried rice I have ever had. They also bring gf soy sauce to the table
Food was fantastic!!! Server was knowledgeable and the spicy tuna is one of my favorites!

Very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I had fried rice with chicken and an avocado roll with my own gf soy sauce. Delicious!
Fantastic experience! The menu isn’t marked, but the servers are incredibly knowledgeable. They have gluten free soy sauce, can make the rice bowls gluten free, and have several gluten free sushi rolls. I will definitely be back!
I don’t eat raw fish, but there were options if you do. They have gluten free soy sauce and a list of items gluten free. I had the shrimp fried rice and the vegetable sushi roll.
I love their food. I have been eating sushi for years, and recently found this place. It’s the best sushi I have ever found. The servers are very knowledgeable (which is good since the menu isn’t marked with gf).
I brought my own gluten free soy sauce & was told “it’s the manager’s policy that you cannot bring your own condiment” I have NEVER had anyone say that to me even though I always bring my own soy sauce to restaurants. Extremely rude. I also was told the spicy tuna is not gluten free even though I have ordered it several times (saying I was GF) and no one ever told me it is not gluten free.

I enjoyed the pickle small plate, over the rainbow roll and an avocado roll with no issues. All the rolls came on separate plates so my table mates could enjoy whatever they wanted that want gluten free. They do have gluten free soy sauce.
Great server who really knew gluten free. No reactions (and I'm very sensitive!), food was good, and we were seated quickly on a Friday night at dinner time. Water was filled quickly...as in wow...and every single employee was very nice. Lot's of choices. 'Would definitely return!
Me and my in law sister went to Fudo. She’s celiac and gets sick even with any type of cross contamination. Fudo has been a great experience for her. It was both tasty, fancy, and safe for her. We are so excited we found such a good place for us to eat and not worry about gluten. Can’t wait to go back

The staff is very knowledgeable on the GF items. None of the items on the menu are listed as GF, so make sure to ask. The cauliflower small plate, fried rice, and over the rainbow roll were all GF and delicious!
There's a gal here who recognizes me and brings me GF soy sauce without me having to ask, and I'm not here THAT often. She also helps me find stuff on the menu that I can eat, she's more on top of this than I am. It's really sweet. The atmosphere is great and the food is consistently made with pride.
This is my go-to sushi spot and they are very accommodating to GF folks. From GF soy sauce to their fried rice and rolls (using modifications) I don’t have to miss anything when I get a craving!

Gluten free soy sauce. Four sushi rolls on the menu are gluten free. Freshest sushi and sashimi I’ve had in a long time.
