Almost the entire menu is gluten free. The server was very knowledgeable about GF. The yucca bread is amazing! Loved the steak kabobs, sweet potato fries, and the sweet plantains. The steak tacos had very little steak in them so that was disappointing. However, I will definitely eat here again!
Just make sure your server knows you are celiac and/or be extremely knowledgeable on the menu. For instance, my wife ordered fries (which are gf, supposedly) and the server asked if she wanted seasoned or unseasoned... the seasoned have gluten... Needless to say, we got glutened, but not sure if it was just that we assumed too much and did not mention the celiac explicitly. Be careful.
Fantastic experience! 90% of the menu is gluten-free and a delicious take on Latin American cuisine. You have to try the fried Yucca fries (yes...from a dedicated fryer). Word of warning...skip the steaks. Yes, they are gluten free, but they are VERY chewy. The chicken and the sides are fantastic.
