I got The Birria Tacos, it was really good & I didn’t get sick :). I called beforehand and asked if there was any gluten in the birria or any cross contact and she said no (I had to explain what it was) then I just asked if the cook could just wash his hands in between other food.
I’ve decided I’m going to take one for the team in Bakersfield and start trying food places & posting my experience here because I’m tired of only eating at 3 places ;)
