Review of FUEL Pizza

Ok, the food is good! BUT... Huge BUT... we waited 28 minutes for our regular pizza and our gluten free pizza was out after 38 minutes. We were told 20 minutes. They didn't apologize until I complained. The kitchen had food sitting out all over the place the entire time we were there (I'm a microbiologist so I pay attention to those things ). Last time we ate this location, they brought us out a regular pizza and said it was gluten free, we knew it wasn't and sent it back to wait a long time for the right one to come out. This is a location specific problem! We eat at others with no complications. Avoid avoid avoid! FYI a mellow mushroom is going in next door. Never had a problem at one of those.
