Review of FUEL Pizza

They offer gluten-free pizzas on Smart Flour Foods pizza crust and stock Daiya and GF beers for those interested. All but three of their specialty pizzas can me made gluten-free and all ingredients (minus the meatballs) can be selected from their make-your-own menu. I found the pizza to be solid by GF standards, but not the absolute best I've had. The location is conveniently located near the White House, National Mall and the Farragut Square metro station.
