The owner was very helpful, completely understands Celiac. You need to be sure the server checks with manager/owner. I had salmon, butternut squash and roasted artichokes
there is no gluten free menu. and staff have absolutely no knowledge of celiacs or gluten free food options. do not come here if you are celiac.
I asked about gluten free options when we walked in, and they said all their sauces and meats were gluten free. I got a combo and they subbed the mac and cheese/jalapeño muffin for other sides (I got a green salad no croutons and the asparagus, both delish) and a Blake's Cider. The servers were patient and when unsure themselves, checked with the kitchen. I'm not sure about dedicated space/fryers, but I had no reactions after eating here, and I am celiac. The food was amazing.
