Fugu Sushi

Breaded items are made from cauliflower so only gluten is in sauces I was told. NOT a dedicated fryer. However, I would avoid any fried items because the Tomoka roll is wrapped in a wonton wrapper for frying, which contaminates the fryer. Gluten is not used with the sushi rice. There is plenty of outdoor seating with the beautiful river as your view. They use artificial Krab in sushi (recent change July 2022) but you can substitute steamed shrimp.

This place used to have a gluten free items marked on their menu, but they have changed their menu and no longer have items marked… however, the staff is knowledgeable and can guide you around gluten containing items. Also they have a dedicated Gluten free fryer for certain options. I got the shrimp tempura because they had the dedicated fryer, and I had no problems 😁
