The menu has Thai meals, mostly marked GF, and some ‘Japanese’, not marked GF. Ordered the Pad Thai. Egg tasted stale and re-heated. Little taste. There were four bottles on the table - sweet chilli, chilli sauce, dried chilli and something else. I inquired about whether any of the bottles’ contents were GF and the wait person went back to the kitchen to check. She re-emerged and advised ‘best just to have a small amount’. I asked why and she said they are not sure whether they contain gluten. I advised if they contain gluten having only a small amount would not ameliorate problems. She then brought out some fresh chilli which converted the meal to some semblance of Thai.

A small, cosy restaurant near the Bärenpark in Bern with typical Japanese-Thai menus. The menu is marked gf. There are many options that are gf and it has really tasty curries.

The previous review was very helpful and we gave this a try. The menu has a lot of gluten free items and the wait staff is knowledgeable. The food was very well prepared, flavorful and delicious. I would recommend.

Multiple gluten free options on the menu. My coeliac husband and daughter ate safely here. Staff knowledgeable of gluten free menu options. Delicious food!
