They have a dedicated deep fryer for at least some of the fried items. I was impressed with their clear understanding about cross contention and gluten in general.

Fantastic - ordered online but called first, the staff member on the phone was very clear with what was gluten free and assured they could do it for celiac disease. I noted it was for an allergy and enjoyed some fantastic Pho and fried noodles (not chow mein, which is a wheat egg noodle).
Would order again, haven't had any side effects.

Almost the entire menu is GF! Can tell from talking to team there that they are aware of gluten free needs.
Dedicated fryer so fried spring rolls are an option and are DELICIOUS! The pho noodle soup and fried rice are also amazing.
Will definitely be going again!
