This place was awesome! Tons of food for only 8.99- I finished mine but felt very uncomfortably full and my friend made the wiser choice of taking a significant amount of leftovers. Think of it as a pho bar, where you choose a style, protein, broth and vegetables from the assembly line right in front of you. The noodle bowls and the pho are both gluten free, but there is a shared fryer so the fried items, including the tofu, are not celiac safe. The majority of the sauces for the noodle bowls are not gf as they contain soy sauce, but there are two that are gf and they are the fish one and the chili oil. The man working there was really knowledgeable because his daughter is severely gluten intolerant so he’d be able to help you choose a combination that suits your needs. All of the pho broths are gluten free, as are all of the other proteins aside from the tofu. They have mushrooms for those looking to avoid meat. The vegetable choices are extensive and delicious, so you can customize your bowl however you’d like. This was a lovely find right around Oz park, and I would recommend you check it out! I’ll certainly be back :)

GLUTEN-FREE PHO! So exciting as this is hard to find. They also have a vegan broth! While there are a few things that contain gluten at FUH, almost all the pho options are GF! I got rice noodles, pulled beef, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and beef broth. Most meats (besides meatballs I think) and the rice noodles and veggies and broths are GF!!! This was amazing - they’re also super nice here. I did make the mistake of going on a hot day - it’s not spicy but it is warming :)

Staff was very helpful in guiding me through the gluten-free options. Everything is gluten-free aside from some of the sauces. I'm not celiac however so I wouldn't know whether there is cross-contamination.
