I told the waiter I have celiac and asked what I could eat, he told me he would tell the chef and I could order anything off the menu and they would make it work. They have gluten free soy sauce. Everything I ate was delicious and I did not get sick!

We arrived to vegas late and Resorts World had very few options for late night eats. FUHU has a great atmosphere. I asked the waiter if they had a gluten free menu and he told me no but he could walk me through the safe menu options. I ordered some sushi and they do have San-J Tamari so I was able to enjoy soy sauce with my meal. The FUHU Haiku drink was amazing too. Definitely recommend.
