Their menu is clearly marked with what is gluten free or can be made gluten free. They also had vegetarian/vegan options and GF soy sauce in a separate marked bottle. The Salt and Pepper tofu was a stand out!

This was truly delicious and an amazing experience to get to have some FUN special rolls that usually can’t be gf. The server was knowledgeable about gf (can’t have tempura flakes, brought gf soy sauce). I got a spicy salmon roll and a special roll something called Ming’s mango that had shrimp inside spicy tuna outside- it was SO GOOD. Pricey but worth it!!!

Clearly marked menu with allergens & option to mark allergen when ordering online. Wide selection. Take out came with gluten free soy sauce packets which was unexpected yet appreciated!

I ordered from them last night and it was super easy. Their online ordering has everything that is or can be made Gluten free marked with either a G or a G*. You can select from a list of allergies everytime you pick a dish and gluten is one of them. The food itself is expensive and arguably overpriced especially considering the small portions but it tastes phenomenal and I didnt get sick at all. Celiac and tastebud safe. Wallet not so much.
