Review of Fuji Hibachi Steak House & Sushi Bar

They were very helpful and accomodating. They have GF soy sauce and cooked the GF hibachi meal in the kitchen. The soup and the ginger dressing for the salad are not GF, however, we brought our own dressing and was able to order a salad without dressing. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have a manager come over to make sure they get it right. Our waiter didn't seem to fully understand what we were asking for. No one got sick and we will definately return!
