When i went and asked them to make rice and chicken separately because of my celiac, they acted like i was lying about my diet restrictions and wouldn’t help me.
No
Not celiac friendly at all! They offer a GF version of hibachi, very pricey but offer no GF options for the soup and salad the meal comes with. How hard is it to offer a gluten free salad dressing? They have none! They told us they cook their meals in the back in a separate pan with no gluten, however I was very sick from eating here. I don’t recommend at all!
Food was good, but I couldn’t have salad, soup, or sushi. I could only have hibachi, but the hibachi was good!
Yes
If you ask for John (head chef) and am lucky enough to get seated with Marilyn, your GF eating experience will be amazing.
If not, make sure to tell them to use a new spoon for the white rice.
They can make any of their hibachi meals GF!
Yes
Sooo accommodating. Even though the chef was not cooking my gluten-free meal on the hibachi, I completely enjoyed the show. My food was made in the back in a clean wok to avoid cross contamination. Another customer ordered vegetable hibachi without indicating she was a vegetarian. The waitress clued in on it and warned her that the soup was made with chicken broth. I was impressed with her attention to dietary needs.
Yes
Made my meal first to avoid cross contamination on the hibachi grill. I tested all food with my Nima Gluten Free Tester and everything I was served was GF. Salad dressing and soup that come with hibachi are GF and the soy sauce they used to cook everything is Kikkiman's GF soy sauce
The sushi is good and GF soy sauce is available.
