This was my go to place before going gf, but the first time I tried to go and order limited offerings, I still got sick. Recently I went and only ordered salmon nigiri (just fish on rice) and discussed with the waitress and I did not have a reaction! This was my favorite sushi roll before gf so I’m happy with just that. Bring your own gf soy sauce!!

If you want fast and a lot of sushi this is a great place. They do not have gluten free soy sauce but I usually bring my own and haven’t had issues there. I will say, their menu does not clearly state which choices have fried bits in it. I usually go with my brother and pass off anything I cannot eat onto him. This helps solve the issue most of the time. I also write down which ones I know are gf before I order so I can reference them throughout the meal. Usually I don’t have problems if I don’t eat the ones with crunchy or fried pieces. Celiacs may experience a harder time because there is not a separate preparing station and LOTS of room for cross contamination.

Nothing gluten free and no precautions. The staff isn’t knowledgeable enough to work anything out. Not safe for fellow celiacs.

Bustling sushi place with basically a buffet, you order cards with items, reorder after you eat what they brought. Great turnover, never an issue with food not being fresh. Always friendly staff, and delicious. As for GF, they don’t have gluten-free soy sauce, bring your own. There are many gluten-free options but none are marked. No dedicated prep area or fryer. But a nice place with lots of choices with fast service that you can navigate through at your own risk.
