Fuji Sushi

My husband has celiac disease. We haven’t been able to find a sushi place that we felt comfortable with since his diagnosis. This establishment has a gluten free menu and Gf soy sauce. My husband didn’t have any issues after eating here. We will definitely go back!

Awesome experience. I am a recently diagnosed Celiac and this is all really new to me so I have been very concerned with ordering out. Called the restaurant before I ordered to let them know I was GF and they ensured me that they would ensure that proper care was taken to prevent cross contamination. After I ordered they called to let me know that one of the rolls I ordered was not GF and offered an alternative. Ensured that I received GF soy sauce as well

Will definitely be back! Made me feel much more comfortable than I initially was.

We really love this place and the staff is well versed on advising any adjustments. For example, the rainbow roll was not marked GF, but I asked for it without the imitation crab to make it GF. I felt very safe dining here and the sushi is so fresh! They have a gluten free menu so be sure to ask for it when being sat!

I was very recently diagnosed with celiac so I’m still on quite the learning curve. I asked for gluten free soy sauce and for confirmation that the ginger dressing was gluten free and then I accidentally ordered a combination that came with imitation crab. The server realized it and before serving it she asked me if I would like to replace the roll with something gluten free!

This is the only place my celiac daughter gets sushi from. The staff are knowledgeable and provide many gluten free sushi options. The GF food is always labeled and in a separate container when we order takeout. My daughter has NEVER gotten sick from their food!

They have a GF menu and know about Celiac disease. Apparently fish eggs have some gluten, so they don't have those on their GF rolls. But when my food came out, there were a few tiny bits of fish eggs on them. Looked like accidental cross-contamination. They remade it and made the same mistake again.

This place is awesome!!! GF soy sauce for sushi. Lots of options and everything was delicious!

Excellent food and gluten-free options. Best sushi around and lots of other options. They are very knowledgeable of the menu and working with you.

They have an excellent gluten free menu !! You can even have soup and salad with the Hibatchi something I never got to eat before and I have eaten there several times at least 20 - never been sick !!

Gluten free soy sauce and will check ingredients. This place is a staple for me and my family! Consistently great!
