Review of Fuji Sushi

Fuji Sushi has some solid gluten free options. For an appetizer, I always do the edamame. For an entree, I stick with the hibachi, which can be made gluten free. They give you ranch on your salad and the clear soup is also gluten free! GF fried rice here is delicious!
