Newer restaurant. Bar staff was very nice, but had minimal knowledge of what could and couldn’t be prepared gf. The chef came out and very rudely told me that everything had gluten in it so I just needed to tell him what I want and he can figure out if it’s possible. There are several other sushi restaurants in town that don’t have an issue accommodating gluten allergies, but I was hopeful to be able to support one in the neighborhood. Maybe they’ll get it together later, but for now I’ll be skipping.
