Review of Fujiya House

There was no separate GF menu available, although the waitstaff was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what I could and couldn't have. In the end I played it safe and just had edamame and some tuna & salmon nigiri, nothing fancy. We sat at the sushi bar, and I overheard the waiter explaining to the sushi chef that everything had to be gf. GF soy sauce was provided along with the meal. At the end of the meal the sushi chef prepared a few complimentary pieces of sushi that he said were gf - they had imitation crab on them (which I've heard can be iffy) however, and I decided to pass. My meal was simple, but satisfying, and I came out with no issues.
