The food was just OK, and the sushi chef was very unaccommodating about gluten free. I saw our waitress go to ask him to double check if the sushi rice is gluten free and he yelled at her and told her he didn't know and doesn't care. She ended up just telling me that she googled it and sushi rice is usually gluten free, I appreciate the effort on her part but not very helpful since I have encountered in rare situations where the rice had gluten. Anyways, I risked eating some simple rolls w/ salmon and avocado and was fine. But I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great for hibachi and sushi. They will cook your food in the kitchen so there’s no cross contamination. Use GF soy sauce for fried rice, and the yum yum sauce is also GF. Have eaten here many times with no issues.

Just ask for them to cook your before and before they cook the fried rice.
They took great care to keep my food separate and use GF soy sauce.
