Hidden Yakitori restaurant with omakase style set menus. You choose how many skewers you want and they choose a variety of appetizers and skewers for you.

I showed a gluten free card and the staff were very careful with understanding what I couldn't eat. We chose a small set and I think they tailored it to dishes that would work best for me, e.g. picking the skewers that were salted and has seasoning like Japanese pepper or wasabi instead of soy sauce based glazes.

I felt very safe, and I was able to have a full normal meal.
