Wife has Celiac, so Full Circle Bakery is our “Saturday morning sweets run” destination. Daily they typically offer sprinkled glaze donuts and double chocolate cake donuts. Some days they have scones, muffins or coffee cake. It is a conventional bakery, but I understand the gluten free items are prepared first thing in the morning on sterile work surfaces and sanitized cookware & utensils. The GF items are displayed in a dedicated display case. The staff have been excellent about packaging the GF items in separate boxes and identifying which box is which. Their prices are reasonable too. We’ve been going here for close to two years and my wife has never had any gluten issues. An added bonus is they have an electronic points system (1 pt/$10 spent/visit), which rewards you with a $10 credit after you accumulate 10 points.
