Everything is gluten free! I liked the savory crepes they best - we had the pork with potatoes and another with rice. Both were really good. Loved the green sauce. If you go for a sweet crepe, do the chocolate one.

Wow! This food cart was fantastic!! We had the Turkey and salmon crepe wraps that were as big as burritos! So good!

The guy that owns the cart is super knowledgeable. It is dedicated gluten free crepes plus he can do dairy free, but not nut free. He uses almond milk. Tons of options!!

This food truck is INCREDIBLE and a celiac’s dream because everything is gluten-free! We got to meet the owner, Sterling, and he was so friendly! He even let us try making our own crepes. He’s been making crepes for over 20 years and has the gluten-free crepe recipe down to a science. This is a must-try!

Owner knows what he’s talking about when it comes to celiac and is entirely gluten free food truck in beautiful Kauai. Best beef brisket I’ve ever had...add that to a crepe and it’s amazing!
