They informed me they designate one grill surface for their gluten free buckwheat crepes and have different utensils. Pretty much every crepe can be made gf as long as the ingredients are. Located in a fun food hall/market setup!
They will wipe down if you say it’s an allergy and not a preference. Almost all crepes can be made gf except for pizza (marinara somehow has gluten) and graham cracker. Gf batter is made from buckwheat.
NOT SAFE. They do not have a separate grill top, so they said they would “sanitize one for me to kill the wheat.” Not knowledgeable. I was very sick even though they did try to clean it...
My daughter and I both have celiac and have eaten here many times--sometimes once a week! They are always careful to clean the cooktop before making our crepes and we have never experienced cross-contamination. Plus, it is delicious!
They make their own buckwheat batter for crepes and most of their fillings are gluten free. Very tasty crepes.
