We have eaten at Full Send a hand-full of times. Never been sick. They are descent on knowledge of celiac and gluten. The staff will ask the chef and did not mind running back and forth to ask him questions. Ive had amazing large portions of prime rib (delicious) , a dish called “glory bowl” (simply perfection) steak, crab, and sauce over cheesy risotto. Family all had good food and large amounts. It is bot cheap, but i don’t mind sending on a good , safe, delicious meal. Sometimes its a bit slow to get food, but worth the wait. I would recommend this for celiac eaters, just ask lots of questions .
