The service was amazing. Every time the server placed something on the table she specified GF or non-GF. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely return and recommend.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! It's a typical Asian American restaurant with a nice sit in area but I often order take out. The food is great and it's so nice to be able to order takeout like everyone else. The people here are all really nice. They do sometimes give me a fortune cookie but my food is always separate from non gluten free foods my family & friends order and it's individually wrapped anyway so it doesn't bother me. I've never gotten sick from their food.

Disappointing. After reading all of the great reviews I was expecting something tasty. I had the most boring fried rice with chicken, shrimp and pork I have ever had. It had frozen vegetables on it (could taste the freezer burn) and tiny portions of meat. I had to put salt and soy sauce on it to give it some flavor. My family ordered off of the regular menu and everyone was disappointed with their meal.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was a major disappointment.

FUME's Gluten Free offerings have always been safe and delicious for my husband who is very sensitive to any gluten. We go there for lunches often. The GF selection is not the usual funky weird stuff often on GF menus. I love it there too: nice atmosphere, servers always so nice, price is very good, portions large. And no MSG thirsty after effects either so don't think they use that nasty stuff. The hardest thing is trying to figure out what to order as everything is sooo good and the menu is huge.

great food good service the gluten free menu is excellent plenty of choices try the house special soup it's insanely delicious. I enjoyed chicken with garlic sauce extra spicy with pork fried rice and my husband had the Thai mango shrimp medium spicy which is very good too little bit sweet. they do have a coupon for 15% of the $45 or 10% off $20 or more I would go to the website on Facebook and take advantage of it it's good until the middle of March 2017. excellent no reaction and they have good cheap food

We LOVE this place!!! Been going since 2012. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Gluten free menu has LOTS of choices. Food is always delicious, and the presentation is awesome.

Absolutely fantastic food! Both regular and gluten free menus! Presentation was also very beautiful! Very extensive gf menu.

This is a great find for GF diners who would like to have a safe experience in a traditional Chinese food restaurant. The GF menu is extensive and there are plenty of options. The restaurant itself is extremely basic with vinyl tile floors and booths instead of tables. But despite appearances the food is surprisingly good and presented with true flair and care. The sushi is quite good too!

The Rolls were great, the service was friendly, and they seemed quite knowledgeable about gluten. I will go back.

the most AMAZING experience!! The owner/manager came over to my table to help me find something GF on the menu. They did not have an separate GF menu yet. They made an AMAZING Mongolian beef- it was not even on the menu... they are putting together a special GF menu to make ordering easier. This food is authentic and SO delicious!! They really understand the needs & cross contamination issues. I will GLADLY drive from Sussex County NJ to come here again!

I had to change my rating to one star after just leaving there. They no longer have/use GF soy sauce, and now their menu is limited. I had the chicken fried rice & it was horrible! The chicken was squishy, maybe not real chicken. the fried rice was rice, onions, peas & carrots. NO FLAVOR. They did take my dish off the bill & were very nice & tried to accommodate me with another dish.I am sad to say, this is the last time we will be going there.

Wonderful large gluten free menu that me feel super duper safe eating here! I was in the mood for some no frills Asian food so I got the chicken fried rice and it was a large portion of yummy and filling food. My non-GF siblings had lunch special bento boxes that they raved about. I would totally come again

I always go by the Find Me Gluten Free app and I'm so far never disappointed. Fume had a wonderful GF menu to choose from. I was only here for lunch so I had teriyaki sticks which were ok. I'm used to my pre GF days of highly seasoned beef on a stick with cherries and pinapple. This was fine but only chicken no extras. The house special rice noodle dish I added pinapple which made a world of difference so try it! I love Chinese food on the sweeter side but most want to go spicy which irritates my tummy. This was fab with pinapple chunks I had them add so tell them to add fruit and you'll never go wrong! Loved the menu! Hubby said his NOT GF Lo Main lunch special was delish if you come with someone not GF as well.

Great service made sure everything was gluten dairy and egg free for me. Actually have a menu specified for gluten free 😋 I had the spicy mango sauce with chicken, and chicken thin rice noodles.

This place has the biggest GF menu I've ever seen. Many different kinds of Asian cuisine made GF, not just the sushi. The food was delicious, excellent presentation & service. I've missed being able to have food like this...

I felt like a normal person going to dinner! I have gone for lunch as well! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and have a seperate gluten free menu! The food is delicious and you pretty much can get anything made gluten free! A must eat!

They have great gluten free options and seemed knowledgeable about wheat allergens. Chef prepared a special gluten free brown sauce and they brought gf soy sauce to the table. Food quality didn't suffer either, great tasting!
