They don’t have a ton of GF options, but the menu clearly indicates what is available for people who need strictly gluten-free options, and they have items marked gluten-aware for items that may be cross-contaminated in their fryer but don’t necessarily contain gluten. Our waitress was really knowledgeable about the menu and cooking process, and was great about letting me know what I was and wasn’t able to order. I had Fu’s Chow Ho Fun (hand rolled rice noodles) and it was delicious, I didn’t get sick at all.
