*I have a big gluten allergy and tend to get sick from cross contamination as an fyi* I was traveling and really enjoyed my experience! The employee was very helpful and I got the chicken and rice bowl. Sadly the spicy Mayo wasn’t GF but they had a very similar sauce which was better! Most of their stuff is GF including tempura, BUT if you get sushi, they cut it all in the same machine. This is a chipotle-style place I would go to again if I lived closer!
Cut the sushi with separate knife and are very knowledgeable about gluten free items!
don't know what does or doesn't contain gluten. got severely sick

Fusian was a great place to eat! They have a very complete allergen chart on their website. The staff at the Dayton location was very helpful and friendly! They informed us clearly about which ingredients were available to us, and were very careful to avoid cross-contamination. The food was delicious, and it was overall a great experience!

My daughter loves this place. They do not as yet have a gluten free menu, but the entire staff is knowledgable about the gluten free diet and they are careful about cross contamination. They offer two gluten free sauces. Good, quick sushi at an affordable price.
