Went with family for Mother's Day in a large group for hibachi. Once I mentioned needing gluten free, the waitress said they would make mine in a clean cooking surface in the kitchen, use GF soy sauce, and substitute rice noodles. I felt comfortable with how natural it seemed to them so I proceeded. They did not have a GF ginger dressing for the salad, so they brought out the salad plain with olive oil on the side. Food was great and I didn't get sick! Super appreciative.
