We really like this place. They have a separate gluten free menu. I always notify the server that I have Celiac disease. I almost always get the red thai chicken curry- it’s delicious and I haven’t gotten sick
I absolutely love this place. We eat here all the time and I have never had an issue with my cilliacs after eating here. They have a gluten free menu and we always make sure to let them know that it is for an allergy so they take caution with cross contamination. They even have gluten free soy sauce packets if you ask.
I haven’t eaten at the restaurant since I went gf. But I spoke on the phone to ask some specific questions about the gluten free dishes.
Traditionally, Chinese dishes include cooking wine in the sauces which is usually not gluten free (unless the restaurant specifically chose one that was gf). I asked if the white sauce and garlic sauces on the gf menu had cooking wine and they confirmed that it does. This could be a reason some people are having reactions.
I decided not to order because of this information.

Have gotten sick multiple times even after specifying I have celiac.
The only thing they had GF was the soy sauce. I ordered Off the GF menu and still had a reaction. Too much cross contamination.
My daughter is super sensitive and we are able to eat here. They have a gluten free menu and the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free items.
Amazing food and they pretty much can cater to your every taste with no gluten.
Great service. Group of 7 with 4 gf. We had gf sushi, lettuce wraps, and flower chicken. They had gf soy sauce on table.
Great Food. Had the Pineapple GiaPan. Good flavor but became overpowering after a while. Fried rice was delicious. great service too.

I went for the first time last night and the food was great. They have a decent gluten free menu and when they brought out my green curry chicken they also gave me gluten free soy sauce. I am glad to now have an Asian restaurant to go to!
fusion bowl has been wonderful in providing gf options. they even had a gf menu that had plenty of options. I eat there all the time and enjoyed every meal!
